FREE Photo Books Online – Gotta Love It! (NO Expiration Dates)

Who doesn’t LOVE FREE? (Okay, you have to pay for shipping, but still not bad!) The focus of this post is companies offering free books (not just buy one get one).  There’s no current expiration for these deals, but the companies may discontinue these promos or change them at any time.  I’ll try to update if I find anything has changed, but for now, go for it!

Most of this information is somewhere on this site, but I thought I’d make it easy for you and put it all in one place.

Also, don’t forget to check out my Deals page for the latest Groupons and photo book promos!

UPDATE 11/18/11: As of this date, HotPrints has ceased operations, so it was removed from the database. The last day to order a HotBook is November 18, 2011. The company is encouraging folks to instead check out Picaboo. Picaboo is offering new users 50% off their first order (any quantity).
Coupon Code: HOTFIFTY
Deal Expires:11/30/2011

UPDATE 4/22/11: Pixable had been listed in this post for their free book offer, but since that promo ended and the company subsequently stopped printing photo books and is now focusing on online only products, I removed it from this post to eliminate any confusion.

In the UK Hotpicks adds 40p tax (as of Jan 2011) onto the £1.99 shipping cost but still a good deal, thanks so much for putting me on to them.

No problem Cally – as for U.S. and those outside U.K., I don’t believe we have the tax here – it’s still not bad for $2.99. Hope you stay in touch and consider fanning my Facebook page!

There’s a deal out there for a free Snapfish classic hardcover book through Sunday 1-22-11. You have to sign up or be a member at soap.com (free) to get the deal. Found it on a couple of local blogs…

My suggestion on removing the ad pages in the HOTPRINTS books is to just ‘tear’ them out, they come out real easy, and you don’t have to ‘try’ to get the staples to lay back down.
    I learned by doing.

This is a great way to get an idea of what other companies are offering without having to make a really serious book at a huge price. I know that the little flip books might not be the same quality as a larger hard-cover bound book, but it’ll give me an idea about the customer service and print quality. Thanks so much!

PBG, Any observations on MyCanvas? I see Topten.com rates it No. 1 of 13 companies reviewed. They use a useful grid system to compare specs for each company too. You have a grid system for each company’s spects. If you placed this data in columns then you would have an easy way to compare them. An idea. I need not add to your workas you do so much, so well. Cheers, Rod

We actually had something like this up, but took it down to work on it further. Then with moving and new baby in the house – I’ve been sidelined a bit – but it will come back hopefully soon! Thanks for your comment! Oh, b/t/w I haven’t tried mycanvas yet – there’s so many companies out there!

      Hi Celeste,
I haven’t tried them, so I don’t know firsthand. I put all the deals up that I come across. You’d be surprised, what one person says is their favorite company ever, is considered bad by another. Just check out the reader reviews on my site!
